She obviously wants you to read HER... lol
My cat used to do the same thing. She also liked to sit down on a newspaper while someone would be reading it.
She also likes sitting on my legs while I'm typing on my laptop. Every once in a while her paw will snake around the screen and jab at the keys. But usually she just likes making it impossible to see what I'm looking at.
